Kl33 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kl33 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by kl33, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the kl33 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kl33 as the platform operator. This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where the use of such a platform is lawful. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
Kl33 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access kl33's full range of services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any third party using your account credentials. kl33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.
- Providing accurate personal information and keeping it up to date whenever changes occur.
- Not using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
- Not using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
- Notify kl33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the kl33 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). kl33 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Available payment methods and transaction limits are displayed in your Account section.
All deposits are final and non-reversible once a transaction has been successfully processed. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's withdrawal guidelines, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. kl33 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for compliance review and fraud prevention purposes.
Should any account balance discrepancy arise due to a technical fault or system error, kl33 reserves the right to make the appropriate corrections following an investigation. Any credits received as a result of a technical error are considered void and may not be used or withdrawn until the outcome of the investigation is announced. Users are asked to report any balance discrepancies to the kl33 support team promptly.
All bonuses and promotions offered by kl33 are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods set out separately for each offer. Bonus value cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the applicable rollover requirements.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Kl33 provides its services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, kl33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Kl33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Kl33 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the account.
- The user is found to hold multiple accounts or to have used a false identity during registration.
- A request from a relevant authority or a court order requires such action.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, kl33 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance for which the rollover requirement has not been completed. Any real money balance (cash funds free of active bonuses) will be processed for return to the user once the investigation is concluded and there are no outstanding compliance issues.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the kl33 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of kl33 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from kl33. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The kl33 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that kl33 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. kl33 has no control over third-party content and recommends that users review the terms and privacy policies of any website they visit.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the kl33 platform will first be referred to kl33's internal resolution process. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, both the user and kl33 agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed alternative resolution mechanism.
